WAVER OF LIABILITY

As a condition for participation in the Orienteering Event on September 16 and 17, 2006 I hereby release the DELAWARE VALLEY ORIENTEERING ASSOCIATION (DVOA) and each of its officers and members and others who have planned or participated in this event, from liability for any personal injury or property damage that may occur to me or any member of my group as a result of our participation at this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and I hereby indemnify DVOA, its officers and members and any other organization or authorities and parks sponsoring the event, from any liability from injury or other damage or other expense caused by myself or any other member of my group.
