Teaching Staff
The foremost thought of each Teacher is to promote an atmosphere that is
warm and welcoming, so all children in their care can feel they are part of
a special family. Because of their contact and subsequent bonding, each
Teacher strives to create that environment of closeness. |
 |
| In addition, the Teachers at the Children’s School at Saint
John’s are educated in the field of early childhood education. They support
the schools philosophy and provide developmentally appropriate and hands-on
activities. |
| The Teachers at The Children's School at Saint John's are
valued as professionals. The foremost goal of the school is to support each
Teacher by providing a pleasant working environment and encouraging professional
growth and development. As a measure to attract and retain competent individuals,
all Teachers receive competitive salaries, full health care benefits, vacation
and sick leave, retirement plan, tuition scholarship, and life and disability
insurance. As a result, the teacher turn-over rate is extremely low, thus
providing a stable environment for our families. |
