The Children's School at Saint John's was founded to provide
developmentally appropriate programs to foster the development of children
ages three months through six years from the families of Saint Joseph's University,
The Church of Saint John Lower Merion, and the community at large. We believe in
the value and uniqueness of each child we serve. Our curriculum is designed
to foster the social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and physical needs
of the children we serve, and is based on the belief that young children
need to be actively involved in learning through play and opportunities
to explore, experience and succeed, as well as on widely accepted theories
and principles of child growth and development.
