Welcome to the Office of Information Technology at Saint Joseph's, servicing the computing, networking, telecommunications, instructional media and classroom technology needs of the University community.
Resources For Faculty and Staff
HelpDesk (email to helpdesk@sju.edu or call 610-660-2920) is the first place to request assistance with hardware, software, network problems and telephone services.

Need a computer? Visit the St. Joseph's Technology Store and purchase a new computer and accessories at a discounted price.
Computer Labs and Classrooms with networked computers are available and can be reserved by faculty, teaching assistants, and University staff.
Information regarding and help with the Banner Administrative Information System is available to all authorized users.
Faculty and Staff members can order A/V equipment through the Instructional Media Center online or by visiting BL 34.
A bibliography of all audio and video resources is available as well assistance with Blackboard, the Unviersity's Course Management System. There is also a Faculty Resource Page for faculty interested in learning how to use Blackboard for their courses.
Resources For Students
General assistance with software and network problems is available to studentsin 129 Science Center or by calling the student helpdesk at 610-660-3070 during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m
Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 .p.m
Saturday from 12 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Resident Student Computing resources are available via Hawknet, the student Help Desk.
