NYIT has dial-up videoconferencing on all three of its campuses:Manhattan- NYC, Old Westbury Nassau County- Long Island and Islip, Suffolk County- Long Island. At the Islip Campus, NYIT (through the support of NYNEX) is establishing an ISDN learning laboratory. We are looking for other organizations to participate in joint activities and encourage the use of our sites for demonstrations. We are currently working with school districts, the New York State Teacher Centers, Whitehouse's CyberEd project, BOCES, Taiwan, China,Chile to develop educational applications.

Pioneer Central Schools is a public school district with 3700 students in grades K-12 located on four separate campuses, employing 670 faculty, support staff and administrators. The district is located approximately 40 miles southeast of Buffalo, New York in a rural setting. We have two distance learning rooms linked to 27 other similar facilities across Westen New York.
