Reservations

No reservations are necessary for the large open area on Campion's 3rd floor which students can use for informal gatherings. For smaller meetings, student groups can reserve Campion's conference room 212 which is available exclusively for student use.

To check availability for Campion 212, Forum Theater and Hawk Rock:

* Click on the calendar icon in MySJU

* Click on the Calendars tab

* Click on Subscribe

* Search for Campion 212, Forum Theater or Hawk Rock

* Once you have subscribed to the calendar, close window

* Click on calendar icon in the MySJU main page

* In current calendar drop down menu select the calendar you subscribed to, to check availability
