Curriculum Vitae (CV)

 

Dr. Linda Lelii is a counseling psychologist, licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She combines teaching with practice and sees students two days a week at the University's Center for Counseling and Psychological Services. She earned an A.B. cum laude in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1969, an M.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in 1971 and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977. In her work at Philadelphia State Hospital and at college counseling centers, she has gravitated toward behavioral interventions.

Dr. Lelii served as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs from 1990-1993 and as Vice President for Student Life from 1993-2007. In 2007-08, she received advanced training at the Center for Cognitive Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Psychiatry.
