The Interdisciplinary Doctor of Education Program for Educational Leaders (IDEPEL) prepares cohort members for research, knowledge production and practice applying theory to real-life problem solutions; for principal certification, curriculum supervisor certification, and the Pennsylvania Letter of Eligibility for Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents; for the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree; and for a future as a visionary educational leader supported by a powerful and extensive network for effective practice and career advancement.
