A Community of Scholars

The Saint Joseph's University faculty, IDEPEL alumni, and current doctoral students form the IDEPEL Community of Scholars; and, as such, confront common problems, engage in cooperative work experience, and serve together in advisory groups in a collegial manner.   The Community of Scholars concept enables all members to transcend the typical community member-administrator-teacher-pupil roles and to establish learning relationships and networks that endure beyond the duration of any one cohort's program experience. In addition, as a Community of Scholars, we can work collaboratively to enhance the professional activity of all members and work to realize the mission of the Saint Joseph's University and the IDEPEL program.
