Employee Needs Assessment: We will conduct a needs assessment and recommend potential programs that can be offered at your site.
Certificate Programs: Choose from a diverse array of certificate programs to meet the needs of your organization and employees.
Seminars: Host an on-site one or two day seminar. Collaborate with University faculty to design a seminar or certificate specific to your organization's needs on topics such as conflict resolution, succession planning, leadership development, team building, change management, management essentials, and professional communications.
On-site Graduate Information Sessions: Schedule a time for a representative to come to your workplace and advise your employees on our various campus or workplace based Graduate programs, discuss their education goals, evaluate their transcripts, explain how Graduate enrollment works, costs, payment arrangements, and address any issues, challenges, or concerns.
Lunch and Learn: Choose a topic and an SJU faculty member will meet with employees over lunch at your site. This convenient model helps your employees learn new skills and acquire knowledge for work
and their personal lives.
