The Training and Organizational Development Graduate Program is designed to create an environment where one can learn specific techniques, skills, concepts, and models for action. Most importantly, our approach to learning works to develop emotional, cognitive and interpersonal strengths and abilities so to employ the knowledge and skills learned.
The mission of the Saint Joseph’s University Master’s of Science in Training and Organizational Development is to provide working adults with an opportunity to learn from experts in the field and from their peers. This takes place in a supportive and experientially based learning environment designed for students to explore and share practical information, resources, ideas and innovative, as well as proven strategies that strengthen ones professional ability to guide change in organizations, facilitate adult learning, and develop leadership capability.
In order to achieve this mission there are three areas of concentration to choose from: Adult Learning and Training, Organizational Psychology and Development, and Organization Dynamics and Leadership.
