Thesis Application Form: To be completed when you are ready to register for credits involved in your thesis project. Please review this form with your thesis mentor and make copies before turning into the English Department.
Request form for Thesis Completion: This form must be completed in order for thesis credits to be available upon registration.
Thesis Title Page Template: Assists the students in creating their title page for the finished project. This page will require your mentor’s signature.
Bindery—Library Form: To be delivered to the Drexel Library with your signed and completed thesis to be sent off to the bindery. This process may take up to three weeks and is required for all students.
