Biography
He is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives.
Teaches courses in health care organization, health care administration, health care strategic planning and marketing, program planning in health education and promotion, managed care, and health care industry's business/organizational structures. Dr. Newhouse joins the faculty with 20 years of experience in health care administration.
Areas of research include:
technology in human services education, health care issues/policies, health care leadership development, competency management in health care organizations.
Recent presentations include:
Pennsylvania Public Health Association, Society of Health Care Human Resources Association, American Society of Training and Development, Technology in Social Work Conference, National Academic Chairs Conference.
