Biography

Director of the Graduate Criminal Justice Program, Professor Griffin's areas of teaching and research interest include: Intelligence and Crime Analysis, White Collar Crime, and Organized Crime. At present, she is exploring research opportunities in Intelligence Led Policing.

Professor Griffin is also the Chapter Advisor for Theta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma, and please contact her for additional information on the esteemed Criminal Justice Honor Society.

Further, Professor Griffin is a member of the "International Association for Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis Education", the "Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences", the American Criminological Society, and a consortium member for the National White Collar Crime Center.

Committed to developing academic curriculum aimed at transformative social justice and conflict resolution; Professor Griffin, in particular, spearheaded the inclusion of a "Alternative Dispute Resolution" concentration as part of the graduate curriculum. Ths includes her involvement in community initiatives to facilitative this mission as a Board member for the "Good Shepherd Mediation Program".
