Mission
To inspire understanding is to inspire meaningful acts: The Comey Institute is committed to providing low cost education to individuals interested in learning about issues affecting work and the workplace.
Objectives
Courses address the practical problems that face workers and their managers. At the same time, classes aim to broaden understanding of labor's moral and social meanings. The Institute was founded as a forum for the resolving conflict through learning as opposed to hostility. People deserve to learn about both their predicaments and their potential. The Comey Institute is an educational environment, which works to respect and to inform all points of view. By drawing upon the strengths of both students and teachers, the Comey Institute exists to strengthen the ability of labor and management to enrich one another through cooperation.
