The Learning Institute has revised the structure of its curriculum in order to comply with updated state, university and school district requirements for graduate credit.
Beginning Spring 2012, we are offering online graduate courses that are accepted into the Master's program at Saint Joseph's University. Districts that require their teachers to take matriculated courses for reimbursement can utilize this option. This allows their teachers to receive their first or second Master's degree, wholly accommodating the needs of teachers in school districts throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
WHY THE LEARNING INSTITUTE?
Our programs are well researched and professionally developed. Our consultants, many of whom have presented across the United States and internationally, are of the highest caliber. Our course facilitators highly esteemed, holding excellent credentials both in content area and presentation.
HOW YOU WILL LEARN...
When you join us, you'll take part in hands-on activities so you can master new techniques before you return to your classroom. You'll observe demonstrations and join in group sharing. A free Resource and Activity Binder will be your guide throughout the course. Just as important, you'll have a chance to exchange ideas with colleagues from the most respected schools in the Philadelphia area.
EARN GRADUATE CREDIT...
Three graduate credits are awarded by Saint Joseph's University upon completion of each two-weekend course. Saint Joseph's University is one of 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States located on a beautiful campus in the heart of the Philadelphia area. The university is dedicated to the Jesuit ideal of "further development of those people who wish to serve society" and has awarded degrees since 1898.
