In the spring of 2003, the SJU Faculty Senate Executive Committee was directed to initiate a multi-year evaluation of the undergraduate curriculum. Information about events and outcomes can be found by following the links to the left and below.

February 13 - College Councils & Divisions forward recommendations to CCRSC

Recommendations arising from 31 January meeting of CAS Divisions:

February 27 - CCRSC submits final report to the faculty

March - College Councils and Faculty Senate discuss final report.  Make alternative recommendations.
Week of March 24 - 28 - Faculty vote

April 17 - UC begins deliberations on curriculum
May - UC recommendations to the President

A Task Force on the First Year Experience was established and some findings are relevant to curriculum review. Access to the FYE Task Force Report requires SJU login.
