Participate in a Complimentary Class

Come to the Friday portion of a class as my guest and discover what our Program is all about. You will experience our interactive curriculum, sense the academic challenge, observe the faculty/student dynamics, see our executive conference center, network with your industry peers, and participate in the class to the degree that is comfortable for you. I or my associate will introduce you to the faculty and students the morning of the class. Stay the day or through lunch; the choice is yours.

Here are twoclasses from which to choose:
  • May 4-5 FMK 751 Supply Chain Management, Prof. George Latella

Supply Chain, often referred to as "the last great business frontier," is receiving more attention from executives than ever before. Faced with the multiple pressures of shrinking margins, strong pricing, competition, large capital investments, global networks, product line extensions, and sustainability, companies today must effectively control and manage this key area of the business. Individuals who complete this course will understand the role of the Supply Chain in their industry and develop strong actionable plans, which can make a difference in corporate profits and customer service. All aspects of Supply Chain will be covered "From Farm to Fork" including procurement, Operations, QA/QC, and Distribution.

  • May 18-19  MGT 690 †Leadership & Development, Dr. Ron Dufresne

What is leadership? How do I realize my leadership potential? This course is designed for executives who want to develop and hone their leadership skills and approaches. Successful completion of the course will enable participants to (1) identify and understand the keys to successful leadership, (2) analyze their own leadership styles and behaviors and receive feedback on the appropriateness and effectiveness of their styles, (3) develop the decision-making skills needed for leadership, (4) understand approaches for developing and empowering employees, and (5) inspire organizational change.
†Prerequisite: Either MGT 592 or MGT 593. Recommended: Both MGT 592 and MGT 593.

** Must have a qualifying undergraduate degree and at least 4 years of food industry experience to take advantage of this offer. On-campus course fee waived for prospective executive students; for others certain fees may apply and seating may be limited.
