Organizations may be the greatest human invention of all time. Without organizations, the quality of our lives would not be what we enjoy today. Unfortunately, many organizations fail to realize their full potential. We study management to learn how to remove barriers to the full realization of human potential in organizations. If you believe that there is more to organizations – and life – than “just a bottom line,” a Management major may be right for you.
