Excellence recognized. Are you someone who has already embraced the “not for spectator” spirit, dedicating yourself to working hard in your high school classes and earning grades that reflect your commitment to making the most of your learning opportunities? If so, we have good news. Each year, Saint Joseph’s University awards merit-based scholarships to freshmen who have outstanding academic and achievement records. The value of these scholarships ranges from $5,500 per year to full-tuition. All students who submit a complete application for admission are considered for merit-based scholarships. |
Typical recipients have a minimum B+ grade point average and have achieved strong SAT or ACT scores. Each year, the profile of the scholarship recipients varies based on the applicant pool. The scholarship committee awards the Board of Trustees, Presidential and University Scholarships, as well as the Achievement Award. Select students will be invited to apply for the Board of Trustees Scholarship and are required to submit a separate scholarship application.
