IHS Survey

The Health Administration Department is currently conducting a self-assessment.  We ask that you please provide your feedback regarding the Health Services Alumnus/Student Association and the Health Administration Department.

Please fill out the brief survey below and submit it by November 30. We will then contact you regarding the next steps.  If you have further questions or comments about teh IHS program please e-mail fenlon@sju.edu.
