One of the best sites on the web in terms of general botany is Virtual Foliage from the University of Wisconsin.  There are great images of plants and plant parts, entire courses, etc.

If you are interested in fiber and cloth, you might like this educational site run by the American Fiber Manufacturers Association.

Try Kohler's Medicinal Plants site for some great images of plants historically used for magic and medicine.
