Jason Lotkowski finished his B. S. in Biology in 1997. His work involved making and characterizing temperature sensitive mutants, especially those with phenotypes indicating they might be unable to complete the cell cycle at the restrictive temperature. Jason presented a poster on his work at the ASM meeting in Florida in the spring of 1997. He went on to medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, but for the first couple of years we got to see him fairly often because he came back to SJU to study. Jason graduated from medical school in the spring of 2001.
