In order to make an appointment, call the writing center at (610) 660-1341. The hours that we are open are listed below. Drop-in appointments are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please bring your assignment, relevant books or notes, and any writing you have done toward your assignment. You may schedule up to two appointments per week, and appointments generally last for a half hour. The Writing Fellows and tutors can work with you at any stage of the writing process--from brainstorming possibilities for an assignment to working with a teacher's comments on a paper. A Writing Fellow *will not* proofread your paper for you or check your grammar; however, a Writing Fellow can show you how to check for grammar or how to proofread. Remember to plan ahead. If you're stuck on a topic for an assignment, drop by the Writing Center as soon as possible to brainstorm. Even the best Writing Fellow can't work miracles the day or hour before the papers is due; don't let procrastination prevent you from doing your best work!!!
