Dr. Piotr HabdasAssistant Professor

Dr. Habdas earned his M.Sc. and his Ph.D. in Physics at Silesian University in Katowice , Poland . After finishing postdoctoral fellowships at Memorial University of Newfoundland and at Emory University , he joined the Saint Joseph 's University Physics Department in 2004.
Dr. Habdas's primary area of research is the physics of soft condensed matter, particularly non-Newtonian liquids. His other research interests include fluid dynamics and the physics of granular materials.
