Study Tours: How to apply

Students must apply to Study Tour programs by submitting to CIP completed applications and checks made payable to SJU for $300 as a deposit on the total program fee. Deposits are non-refundable. The DEADLINES for each Study Tour vary - so please check the "Paperwork" section of this site for most recent updates.

Please apply early as spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and in many cases, space is limited!

Some Study Tour Courses will require additional meetings or interviews in order to select the candidates who will be admitted to the course & tour. Other programs will review the general CIP application and check student records. Students on Academic or Disciplinary Probation are not eligible for Study Tour courses.

Once the deadline passes, CIP will notify students of their acceptance or denial for the Study Tour course by way of an email sent to your SJU account.
