Seating

Seating will be arranged.  An accurate count is needed at the time the reservation is placed in order to best accommodate each party.  Attempts will be made to honor requests to sit with friends, though the size of the event prevents the university from guaranteeing that all such requests can be filled.  Seating cards will be available upon arrival.  Individual tickets will not be required.
