KATHLEEN L. MCCHESNEY
KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Ms. Kathleen L. McChesney is the Executive Director of the Office of Child and Youth Protection (OCYP) of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). Ms. McChesney served in the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 24 years, retiring as Executive Assistant Director for Law Enforcement Services, the third highest position in that organization. Appointed to this new office in December, 2002, Ms. McChesney is responsible for assisting U.S. Catholic dioceses/eparchies with implementing “safe-environment” programs for children and youth.
