HSB Strategic Plan
The primary goal of the Haub School of Business is to offer a range of educational programs that
provide real and measurable value to our varied stakeholders, who include students, alumni,
faculty,
the local business community, the industries on which we focus, and the University
community. Value is measured specifically by outcomes achieved by our students and alumni.
These outcomes
include, but are not limited to, success in placing students in internships and
graduates in entry level
positions, the contributions our alumni make to their employers, the
ability
of our alumni to succeed
in the workplace and be promoted to leadership positions, and the
contributions that students and alumni can make to the society in which they live.
The application of technology is one of five strategic priorities that we have identified in order to
achieve this goal. By continuing our alliance with SAP, we will integrate the R/3 enterprise
software throughout the undergraduate and MBA curricula. This platform will provide our students
with a solid background in ERP and very marketable industry skills.
