Your best stop for information on over 1,500 international grocery retailer groups and over 4,000 banners. The website is so rich you have to see it to believe it. For example, the Retailer Profile for Aldi contains headquarters, strategic developments, financial data, and operations; but it does so for Aldi at its heaquarters in Germany, as well as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxemborg, Netherlands, United Kingdom and the USA! In addition, the headquarters contains a photo gallery of 183 photographs, SWOTs, and sometimes distribution/logistics information.
Country Analysis contains the most complete country information for food retailing I've ever seen. It includes macroeconomics, economy & demographics, retail sales, retail structure, grocery retail environment, supply chain characteristics, and regulatory framework.
Food Service Profiles monitors the top 30 foodservice companies and banner operations in the top 10 foodservice markets
This database is a must-see for all Food Marketing students.
