IT Support Portal

The IT Support Portal gives you easy, personalized access to technology information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Inside the portal, you can search the library of technology articles in the Knowledgebase for quick answers to your technology questions, use the step-by-step Troubleshooter to help you solve common technology problems, get the lastest software available for campus use in the Downloads section, and Report a Problem to the Help Desk for issues that you just can't figure out.

Most importantly, the portal gives you access to your technology requests. You can keep up with progress on issues you've submitted to the Help Desk, provide additional information needed to help the IT staff resolve your issue, and review all of the requests you've placed with IT.
