Support Services caters to the computing needs of the University community. Most of the support offered is funneled through the HelpDesk. The HelpDesk is the first place to request assistance with hardware, software, network problems and Staff/Faculty and student telephone problems. Beyond the HelpDesk, Support Services offers Faculty/Staff Workshops,
which enables individuals to enhance their computing skills through hands-on
learning. These workshops are held approximately once a week and are free to
