Welcome to the homepage of Telecommunications at Saint Joseph's, servicing the telephony needs of the University community.

Our mission is to provide excellent service and support to facilitate teaching and research at the Saint Joseph's University through designing, implementing and managing solutions which provide for the University's voice, data and video communication needs. Our primary goal is to provide telecommuications services to the faculty, staff and students of the University.

The Telecommunications department directly provides voice services to students, faculty, and staff of Saint Joseph's. This includes dialtone and voicemail services to all buildings on campus including Wynnewood Apartments, individual and departmental telephone billing services, and repair services. Requests for telecommunications services should be sent to the Information Technology Help Desk in Barbelin Room 30, or extension 2920, or email to helpdesk@sju.edu.
