Organization Dynamics and Leadership (ODL)

The Organization Dynamics and Leadership concentration is designed to enhance the capability of project
managers, educational leaders, government officials, supervisors, military officers, human resources administrators and middle management in cultivating their ability to lead. It is designed for busy professionals who have a clear understanding of their education objectives and who want to earn their master's degree without interrupting their careers. The curriculum of the program focuses on the human side of business with training in organizational behavior, leadership development and personal growth. This program is an ideal option for people who already have an MBA or Master's in another field and want to pursue a second Master's in the human side of business.

The curriculum consists of 12 three-credit courses. The 36 credits are distributed as:
