Students seeking admission to the Organization Development and Leadership Graduate Program must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. In addition, applicants to the Adult Learning and Training concentration must have two or more years of professional work experience. Those applying to the Organizational Psychology and Development concentration must have four or more years of professional work experience. A minimum of eight years professional work experience is required for those applying to the Organizational Dynamics and Leadership program. The recommended undergraduate GPA is 2.7. Applicants with minimal work experience may have to, at the Program Director's discretion, submit Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) scores or request provisional status for admission. Application Deadlines Saint Joseph’s University operates on a rolling admissions basis for graduate applications. This means that documents can be submitted to the Office of Graduate Operations at any time throughout the year for admission consideration.
