Registration Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: After adding an item to my "Shopping Cart" and clicking the "Continue Shopping" button, how do I return to the screen where I can see all 3 categories of registration products?
Answer: Simply click on either of the 2 "Home" links on the screen.

Question: May I register multiple people for conference registration, campus housing, and banquet tickets.
Answer: Yes, you may register multiple people for some or all of the registration products.  When registering for multiple people, add one item for each person individually.  In other words, when you are asked for the "Quantity", enter "1" and fill out the additional registrations fields for a single person.  To register another person, you will again enter "1" for the "Quantity" and fill out the additional registration fields for this other person.  If you enter a number greater than "1" for "Quantity" you will not be able to enter additional registration information for anyone except the first person.

Question: I am traveling with a companion who is not attending the conference but will be lodging and/or attending the banquet with me.  May I also register for my companion?
Answer: Yes, you may register for your companion for both lodging and the banquet.  When registering for your companion, add a separate item for him/her.  In other words, when you are asked for the "Quantity", enter "1" and fill out the additional registration fields for yourself.  To register for your companion, you will again enter "1" for the "Quantity" and fill out the additional registration fields for him/her.  If you enter a number greater than "1" for "Quantity" you will not be able to enter additional registration information for anyone except yourself.

Question: During checkout, why am I given the option to choose a different credit card for each item I am purchasing?
Answer That's simply a function of the software.  Most registrants will usually choose the same credit card for all of their items.

Question: When entering my credit card information, I am presented with a "Payment Profile Name" text box and a "Save Information" check box.  How should I handle these two items?
Answer: Simply disregard the "Payment Profile Name" and "Save Information" items.
