Dr. Berezovski Tetyana Berezovski, PhD
Associate Professor of Mathematics Education
Department of Mathematics

Dr. Berezovski conducts research in both fields: mathematics and mathematics education. Her research program is in the areas of: Mathematics Teacher Education (primarily Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, and issues of Technology in mathematics teaching and learning), and Mathematics (primarily Geometry, Algebra, and History of Mathematics). Her current interdisciplinary research focuses on mathematics of various real life phenomena, including figure skating and architecture.

Samuel Smith, Ph.D.
Professor of Mathematics

Dr. Sam Smith is the Chair of the Math Department at Saint Joseph’s University.  He conducts research in Algebraic Topology and is writing on a book on Game Theory and Social Choice Theory.


Dr. Tapp
Kristopher Tapp, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Mathematics
Department of Mathematics

Dr. Kristopher Tapp enjoys teaching math and performing research in Riemannian Geometry at Saint Joseph’s University. He is the author two textbooks, and he has been awarded National Science Foundation research grants and several teaching awards.
