Research Symposium

Welcome to the web site for the 25th Annual Saint Joseph's University Sigma Xi Student Research Symposium. The meeting will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the Saint Joseph’s University campus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Symposium is open to both undergraduate and graduate students engaged in research in the areas of Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, the Natural and the Social Sciences. Please note that for this year’s meeting, all student presentations will be in poster form (see the Poster Information page for more information). 

Registration will be open from February 1, 2014 to March 21, 2014.

The only accepted method of payment for the Symposium is credit card. Registrations are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please use the "Contact Information" link on the left side of this page.  If you are a Saint Joseph's University student or faculty member that has been invited by your department to attend the Symposium, you will receive a promotional code to use when registering.

Faculty includes Lunch and Coffee Breaks $50
Student includes Lunch and Coffee Breaks $40

This year’s Keynote Speaker is Dr. Paul Steinhardt, The Albert Einstein Professor of Science and Director of the Princteon Center for Theoretical Science. The keynote address is free and open to public.
