  • Center for European Studies: This site, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, offers online teaching resources on themes in art, language, culture, and government in the European community, using images, video, music, and TV, as well as providing European web links.
  • Gateway Site:
    • Working Class Movement Library features materials that capture the stories and struggles of ordinary people's efforts to improve their world. Its collection displays examples from 200 years of books, pamphlets, photographs, literature, songs, banners, posters, cartoons, journals, and recordings on the topic of labor; it offers lesson plans (“Victorian Children at Work”) and links to external sites about labor activity throughout the world.
