MKT 326 Media Now (3 credits)

This course will introduce students to the institutional, political and economic forces that shaped the development of media, including ownership structures, corporate practices, and state policy interventions affecting media institutions in both the public and private sectors. Students will also analyze the interrelations between Cultural, Multicultural and Communication Policy interventions.

Prerequisites: MKT 201 and MKT 301, or MKT 303
