Eligibility Requirements:

The Sutula Scholars program is open to all accounting majors who will be entering their senior year in the fall. Students will apply during the second semester of their Junior year for awards in their senior year. All Junior level accounting students are welcome to apply for this program.

Criteria for Selection:

• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability
• Participation in Department of Accounting activities
• Participation in HSB and University activities
• Participation in community and service activities
• Commitment to objectives and purpose of program
• Scholarship
• Completed application form
• Interview with selection committee

Time Frame:

• Deadline for Receipt of Application in late March
• Interviews with selection committee, mid April
• Induction Ceremony and Celebration, early May

The Sutula Scholar application is a Microsoft Word file, and can be downloaded by clicking here. Please keep in mind that all information must be typed, printed out, and handed in to the accounting office as a hard copy. Copies of the application on discs or via e-mail will not be accepted.
