The NBEA's mission is:

To promote multidisciplinary research pertaining to business and economics; and
-
To improve communications and to encourage the exchange of research, both applied and theoretical, among all interested parties.
These broad purposes are met by the continuance of an annual meeting and the publication of The Journal of Business & Economic Studies (JBES).
The JBES is published by the Townsend School of Business at Dowling College.
Saint Joseph's University will proudly host the 38th Annual Northeast Business & Economics Association Conference on November 3-5 in Philadelphia, PA. The main proceedings will be held at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel in historic Old City Philadelphia.
