The Academy of Food Marketing offers to its students a placement program, summer work and internship experiences, a five-year co-operative education program (optional), and scholarship funding. Additionally, students have the use of their own library resource, the Campbell Collection, which houses food industry information including company profiles and research materials. It is one of the largest food marketing collections in the East.

To be considered for food marketing scholarships as a freshman applicant to St. Joseph 's University, students must declare the major of Food Marketing on their admission application.
