Sales and Marketing Coordinator

This position will report directly to our VP Sales and Marketing, so will be a great opportunity for an individual to provide value while learning at the same time.  Some duties of this position are as follows:

  • Assist VP of Sales & Marketing in coordinating various integrated communication, sales and marketing activities.
  • Interface with counterparts to build professional relationships both with the F&S team and customers.
  • Coordinate all internal sales meetings and develop supported reports and materials as directed.
  • Develop and maintain sales proposals and POS materials.
  • Supervise the production and implementation of marketing materials.
  • Maintain a wide variety of details that involve email broadcast, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, customer communications, print ad advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
  • Track new product and sales promotional campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaigns and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
  • Coordinate communications between F&S Produce and our co-pack business partners.
  • Monitor order fulfillment, deliver times, product quality complaints and other customer issues.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining sales and marketing budgets as directed.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a standardized company presentation.
  • Writing and maintaining content and provide monthly news updates to company website.
  • Produce quarterly newsletter and distribute via email campaign.
  • Assist in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
  • Assist in developing product positioning materials as well as training materials for customers.
  • Implement project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
  • Support outside sales team with presentations, sales material, sales reports and customer follow ups.
  • Assist in planning and attend all industry trade shows.
  • Monitor online blogs and forums and communicate company activities as directed.
  • Work with the customer service department to confirm that order guideline requirements are being followed by all customers.
  • Develop lead generation plan with targets, measurables, and objectives as directed.
  • Work with customers to develop case studies, references, and testimonials to be used for future sales materials.
  • Assist in preparing monthly sales reports by distribution channel.
  • Manage a limited number of customers in each distribution channel as directed as part of next step training.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product costing work sheets.
