Career & Professional Development

As an alumnus of the M.S. in Human Resource Management and M.S. in Managing Human Capital Programs at Saint Joseph’s University, we continue to support you with career, networking, and professional development opportunities. The SJU Career Development Center keeps you connected to Saint Joseph’s University career events and workshops, offers one-on-one career counseling, and provides access to its web-based job board. You may also want to join the over 650 alumni who are currently members of the Hawk Career Network on LinkedIn to develop your professional network. Contact the Career Development Center at careerhelp@sju.edu or at 610-660-3100.

We further invite you to stay connected to the program through its Alumni Advisory Board, a voluntary extension of the program. Comprised of industry professionals, alumni, and current students, the Advisory Board works with the director on the continued growth and success of the program, and is the perfect networking opportunity. Meetings are typically held

twice per year, and if you would like to learn more about serving on the Board, please contact Patricia Rafferty at 610-660-1318 or patricia.rafferty@sju.edu.

To stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of human capital management and HR, alumni are invited to visit a class session – a great opportunity to refresh your knowledge in a particular functional area.
