Students in the M.S. in Managing Human Capital Program have the flexibility to complete the program at their own pace. However, many students complete the program in 24 months by taking two courses per semester (as shown below). Students who prefer to take one course per semester complete the program in 36 months (see below). The M.S. in Managing Human Capital is also available on a full time basis (see table at bottom).
