"If you lead people, you're in the Human Capaital field."

Our innovative program allows you to earn your advanced business credentials from an AACSB accredited university in as little as 24 months, all while working full time and staying competitive in your field. This program is also available on a full-time basis, which can be finished in approximately 18 months.

The online M.S. in Managing Human Capital Program consists of eleven courses (8 core courses plus 3 electives). Depending on your previous academic experience, three additional foundation courses may be required. SHRM has confirmed that the course work offered in this program aligns with its curriculum guidelines.

Once enrolled, students have the option of completing the program at their own pace. The online format is ideal for busy professionals or new graduates. Most part-time students take two evening courses per semester to complete the program in 24 months. Others take one course per semester to complete the program in about 36 months. Full-time students may complete the program in about 18 months. Of course, you may move at the pace that's right for you. The three foundation course requirements are waived if you have already completed these courses as an undergraduate.

You may also have the option of waiving two of these foundation courses by successfully completing a challenge exam. Simply call 610-660-1318 for more details.

The eight core courses are sequential and focus on current human capital and HR management theory and practice, with an emphasis on organizational performance & strategy, business ethics, and social responsibility. Students may customize their studies by choosing three electives based on their career objectives. Whether you decide to specialize in leadership, conflict resolution, international management, or pension and benefits administration, our flexible program ensures you are able to apply what you learn directly to your job and your organization.
