Welcome to the Master of Science in Managing Human Capital Program

Welcome to the Erivan K. Haub School of Business, online Master of Science in Managing Human Capital Program. For over a decade, we have been among the few universities in the region to offer an advanced HR education with a strategic, business context. As a result, this program has evolved to address the demand for aspiring and current business leaders to leverage human capital at both the individual and organizational level.  This focus prepares 21st century professionals to drive organizational performance at all functional areas, from human resources to operations, from sales and marketing to finance, and from production to customer service. This scope and strategic perspective is available to professionals all over the world through a distinctive online program.

Offered within the Haub School, one of the Philadelphia region’s premier business schools, the M.S. in Managing Human Capital Program is designed specifically to help professionals like you become a strategic partner within your organization. You'll obtain technical competence in the HR function, gain expertise in organizational development, and be able to help your organization better compete in the marketplace.

This graduate business program can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis, which allows students to work and stay competitive in their field.  This program may be completed wholly online. For those looking for an in-class learning experience, certain electives are also available on-campus.

The M.S. in Managing Human Capital Program is extremely flexible and may be completed in as little as 18 months; however, students also have the option to move through the program at their own pace.  The online format makes this program ideal for both early careerists and experienced professionals.

The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) has endorsed the Master of Science in Managing Human Capital Program as having its curriculum aligned with its graduate education guidelines. Furthermore, the Haub School of Business's dual AACSB International accreditation is held by only 10% of business schools in the world.
