Graduation Salute will be on Wednesday March 19th and Thursday March 20th from 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. in the lobby of the 5th floor in McShain where you will pick up your Cap and Gown. (If you have not preordered your cap and gown there will be plenty of extras available at the Salute). After the Salute they will be available for pick up at the SJU Bookstore.
Please check your tuition account prior to the Salute to be sure you do not have a financial hold. You will not be able to pick up your Cap and Gown or tickets if you have an outstanding balance. You may reach out to Student Accounts Receivable Management with questions in their office in Room 41 on the lower level of Barbelin or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Day Students will pick up Graduation Ceremony tickets. Each student will receive two crimson colored tickets that will admit two guests to the main tent. The other three tickets may be used in the secondary tent.
There will be Vendors available that day with Class Rings and Frame options. In addition, there will be a professional photographer offering on site Cap and Gown pictures.
If you were unable to attend this year’s Graduation Salute and do not have a financial hold on your account, please pick up your Cap and Gown at your earliest convenience at the SJU Bookstore beginning March 25, 2014. This includes all pre-orders. If you have a hold on your account please stop by Hawk Central before picking up your cap and gown. Master and Doctoral students that are unable to pick up their Cap &
Gown at the SJU Bookstore may place their order online and pay $15.95
and have it shipped to their home address. Undergraduate Day sutdnets that did not pick up their Graduation Ceremony tickets may do so in Hawk Central. (Note: Only the Undergraduate Day Graduation Ceremony will require Tickets)
