Safe Zones Program
The Safe Zones program builds a network of supportive members of the campus community who provide a safe space for students to talk about issues and learn about resources. LGBTQ students can feel isolated or invisible on our campus -- Safe Zones training creates allies with the skills, resources and information to be helpful and supportive to our students.

SafeZones Training
The Safe Zones program affirms the right of all students to live and learn in a safe and respectful environment. Faculty and staff members who complete the training display a Safe Zones sticker which lets students know they are visible allies and that issues can be discussed freely and openly. Whether you are new to the Safe Zones program or just need a refresher, please feel free to sign up. The training includes a simple dinner and a training session with an experienced facilitator.
